The GET flexy flexible panels were retrofitted onto an existing conventional screens which experienced significant build-up with conventional modular panels, even at aperture size as high as 20mm
On the lower deck of the same screen the GET Flexy system was also installed to perform screening at 2.8mm aperture which was previously not possible on a conventional vibrating screen. Since the retrofit has been completed there has been no build-up experienced and good screening efficiencies are consistently maintained on both the 20mm and 2.8mm screen decks. The GET Flexy system has allowed us to retrofit onto conventional screens which if not possible would have meant a large capital expenditure to achieve the same goal.
